Description:The high pressure mill, manufactured by our company, has introduced advanced technologies from Germany and Japan. It can be used to grind metal or nonmetal material with Mohs’ hardness scale less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcspar, limestone, talcum, ceramics, tabular spar, gypsum, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal gangue, coal. (Materials which are combustible and explosive are excluded.) The size of the finished products can be within 5μm to 25μm. The minimum size is 3.55μm.
Composition: The mill consists of the body, the blower, the analyzer, the separator, the cleaner, the feeder, the crusher, the integrated circuit controller and other auxiliary equipment.

Working Principle:The crushed material is first sent into the storage silo by the elevator and then is fed into the crushing chamber by the vibrating feeder. Afterwards the material will be grinded between the roller and the ring. The blower will blow the powder into the analyzer where suitable ones are sent into the tank and discharged while the rest will remain in the machine for further grinding.
The water in the material will evaporate during the grinding. The water vapor and water from outside will increase the air in the circulation. In order to keep the machine operating under negative pressure, the extra air will blow into the dust filter made by cloth and then is released into the air.
